Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of curolive.com, including appointment requests, enquiry forms, informational content and other digital features made available by Curolive Care (“Curolive”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting an appointment or using a website feature, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

If you use the website on behalf of a child, dependent, patient, organisation or another person, you represent that you have the authority or permission required to act on their behalf.

Separate consent forms, treatment terms, payment conditions, estimates or clinical documents provided at the time of consultation or treatment may also apply. Where a service-specific document conflicts with these website Terms, the service-specific document will govern that service to the extent of the conflict.

02

Healthcare Information Disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information and awareness. It is not intended to replace an examination, diagnosis, personalised medical advice, prescription or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Do not diagnose or treat a condition solely on the basis of website content.
  • Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of information displayed on the website.
  • Information about conditions, treatments, facilities or outcomes may be general and may not apply to your circumstances.
  • Individual treatment plans, risks, suitability and outcomes vary between patients.

Accessing the website or submitting a general enquiry does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. A clinical relationship may arise only when a qualified Curolive Care professional formally accepts and provides a consultation or treatment service.

No guarantee of clinical results

Curolive Care does not guarantee that a particular treatment, rehabilitation plan, diagnostic process or healthcare service will produce a specific outcome. Clinical decisions and results depend on individual circumstances and professional assessment.

03

Appointments and Patient Responsibilities

An appointment request submitted through the website is a request only. It becomes confirmed after Curolive Care communicates confirmation through an authorised channel.

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, current and accurate contact, identity and health-related information.
  • Inform Curolive Care of relevant allergies, medications, conditions, reports and prior treatment where requested.
  • Attend at the confirmed time or notify Curolive Care as early as reasonably possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
  • Follow clinic instructions relating to registration, preparation, documentation, safety and infection control.
  • Treat healthcare professionals, staff and other patients respectfully.

Doctors, therapists and facilities may become unavailable due to emergencies, clinical priorities, illness, operational issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Curolive Care may reschedule, reassign or cancel an appointment and will take reasonable steps to inform you.

Appointment times are estimates. Clinical emergencies and the needs of patients receiving care may cause delays.

04

Fees, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Fees may vary according to the professional, consultation type, facility, investigation, procedure, duration, materials, medication and other services required. An online listing or estimate may not represent the final cost of care.

  • You are responsible for paying applicable fees, taxes and charges for services received.
  • Additional services recommended or requested during care may attract additional charges.
  • Insurance eligibility, coverage and claim approval remain subject to the insurer’s terms and decision.
  • Online payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway under its own terms and privacy practices.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be those communicated at booking, shown during payment or provided for the relevant service. Where no separate condition is communicated, contact Curolive Care before making a payment or cancelling a service.

A refund, where approved, may be returned through the original payment method and may be subject to payment-gateway, bank or processing timelines. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

05

Emergency Use and Digital Communications

The website is not an emergency service

Do not use website forms, email, social media or routine messaging for a medical emergency. Contact local emergency services or the nearest appropriate emergency healthcare facility immediately.

Email, telephone, WhatsApp and other digital channels may be used for appointment coordination, administrative communication and general guidance. These channels may not be continuously monitored and should not be relied upon for urgent clinical decisions.

Electronic communications can be delayed, intercepted, misdirected or accessed by others who control your device or account. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Teleconsultation or remote services, where offered, may be subject to separate eligibility, consent, identification, technology and clinical suitability requirements.

06

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its design, branding, names, logos, text, illustrations, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts, downloadable resources and software are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Curolive.

You may view and print limited website content for personal, non-commercial and informational use. You may not, without prior written permission:

09

Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may include links, maps, videos, social media tools, payment facilities, communication services or other features supplied by third parties.

External services operate under their own terms, availability, security and privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Curolive Care endorses every statement, product or service offered by the third party.

Curolive Care is not responsible for the content, availability or independent conduct of a third-party service that it does not control. Review the relevant third-party terms before using that service or providing information.

10

Privacy, Cookies and Communications

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with Curolive’s Privacy Policy. Patient and medical information may also be subject to a separate Patient Data Policy or clinical documentation.

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics and permitted third-party features. Browser settings or an available cookie preference tool may allow you to control optional cookies.

By providing valid contact details and requesting an appointment or service, you authorise Curolive Care to send communications reasonably connected with that request, such as confirmations, reminders, instructions and follow-ups.

Promotional or general marketing communications will be sent where permitted and may be discontinued using an available unsubscribe method or by contacting Curolive.

11

Website Availability and Warranties

Curolive Care aims to keep the website useful, secure and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every item will always be current or complete.

Curolive Care may update, remove, suspend or change content, functionality, services, professionals, schedules, prices and website features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Curolive Care does not make warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express clinical commitment, statutory warranty, consumer right or duty that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

12

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curolive Care will not be liable for loss arising solely from:

  • Reliance on general website information instead of obtaining professional assessment.
  • Incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised information supplied by a user.
  • Website interruption, device failure, internet failure or a third-party platform outside Curolive’s reasonable control.
  • Unauthorised access caused by a user’s failure to secure their device, account, email or communication channel.
  • Content or conduct of an external website or service that Curolive Care does not control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, professional duties, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, deliberate misuse, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law and attributable to your conduct.

13

Suspension, Restriction and Termination

Curolive Care may restrict, suspend or terminate access to a website feature where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect website, system, staff, patient or public safety.
  • Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents or unlawful activity.
  • Respond to a material breach of these Terms.
  • Perform maintenance, updates or operational changes.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory or professional obligations.

Suspension of a website feature does not automatically cancel obligations relating to services already received, payments due, medical records, confidentiality or applicable legal duties.
